Wintergreen Lane
One of our most exciting projects located in Fallbrook, California. This path of progress property was a distressed property with abandoned landscaping, outdated flooring and obsolete lighting control systems. Seeing the influx of Orange County buyers, we felt there was a shortage of premium properties available and this large 3 acre estate had the potential to become a high-demand luxury property. We were able to not only update the look of the home through paint and flooring, but to take advantage of the clean slate to redesign the landscaping and make useful garden areas that thrive in the San Diego climate.

Drought tolerant landscaping combined with exotic plant selections and wifi connected controllers allowed us to minimize water usage and create beautiful outdoor spaces.
Updating pool equipment and using the latest in device enabled technologies. We were able to provide another smart enabled feature in the home. From efficiency control of heaters and pump controllers, to design of lighting and water features, the pool renovation was a great addition to the list of smart features of the home.
Creating the right neutral look for the home was important to allow buyers to envision their style and not overpowering one direction or another. By changing the dated colored concrete flooring with locally sourced handmade Saltillo hexagon flooring was a economical, sustainable and a beautiful choice to set the stage for the home.
